REFUND POLICY

 

COMPETITION HEELS - EXCHANGES
We understand that shoe sizes can vary from brand to brand and are happy to exchange the size/style, however ALL shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

This means that you as the customer are responsible for the cost of returning your shoes and must include a prepaid postage bag or label to be sent along with your return. If this is not included you will be invoiced prior to your order being returned to you.

DESIGN YOUR OWN / CUSTOM MADE
Once an order for a custom item is placed it is FINAL. We custom make every bikini, and make your bikini to your measurements therefore have a very strict NO REFUND due to change of mind. This includes if you decide not to compete. 
When a bikini is ordered with measurements to be updated, the bikini will be started within days of the order being placed, once measurements are updated we FINALIZE the bikini so this option in no way means the bikini can be cancelled, changed or refunded. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or your custom made or create your own bikini doesn't fit (based on the measurements we where given), we will replace or adjust but under no circumstances will we issue a refund on custom made items.

STOCK ITEMS
May be replaced, refunded or issued with a store credit at our discretion. REFUNDS will only be issued if items are returned within 30 days of Delivery receipt, they must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with tags attached. Shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING
Within Australia Unless requested we use 2-3 day Courier Service shipping. It is your reasonability to provide a safe address for delivery.
